This week we are making some BIG changes to our store and the way we handle pricing, shipping and discounts/sales to you.

In the ever more crazy world of internet retail, it is a continual battle to figure out what keeps people coming, more importantly buying, and more importantly keeping satisfied customers who believe in us and in supporting our Mexican artists, and keeping the store running smoothly, growing so we can remain in business.

Like everyone else out there, our store suffered greatly with the economic bust a few years ago, but we are still here and we plan to keep going in 2012.   

What we've learned over the last year that our customers liked it most when we did the following:
1.  Offered free shipping
2.  Offered great sales discounts.

Taking this into account, and averaging out the numbers, we are creating a new store model in which we plan to offer EVERY DAY lower pricing combined with free shipping for our U.S. retail customers.  It's in progress and you'll be seeing these changes in our trial program on the site later this week.  We'll be fine tuning it for the next couple of months as we see how it goes, but we are excited about the changes.

To sum up, for 2012 you are going to see free shipping options and we are dropping our pricing.  
Your buying behaviors suggest that this is what you want and we are going to give it to you and we'll be spending 2012 finding new and unique pieces for you.
