Use this form to send us requests for specific merchandise or to special order or design and fabrication requests.
For regular merchandise by a specific artist:
1. Item Name
2. Description, including color, size, material
3. Artist's name
4. Where it is made
5. If you have photos, tell us and we'll send a return email for you to attach them to.
We offer the following design Services:
1. Fabricating your designs
2. Creating custom retablos from your story, images and histories
Design services are charged at $50 per hour and the finished piece is charged at the artist's price plus our markup.
Design service fees include the following:
Discussions with you regarding the specifications of the project
Our time spent with the artist creating the mock up and final design of the piece.
All communication by email or phone with you regarding the piece.
Photos will be emailed as the work progresses.
Note: if as the project progresses and you wish to change an integral part of the design and it creates a larger time committment by the artist/fabricator, there may be additional fees which will be discussed as it occurs.
Each piece is unique and the timing for the completion of a designed piece will vary based on the timeliness of our communications, the artist's schedule, work load including any changes needed by you as we go along. Estimates will be given at the outset of the work and will be updated as we go along.
All design pieces require a $200 deposit toward our fees at the time of the agreement to proceed. A 50% deposit for the actual piece is required to begin work.
Refund Policy:
There are no refunds for work started or finished on special orders or design pieces.
