We are currently implementing some BIG changes to our store and the way we handle pricing, shipping and discounts/sales to you.
What we've learned over the last year that you, our customers, liked it most when we did the following:
1. Offered free shipping
2. Offered great sales discounts.
Taking this into account, and averaging out the numbers, we are creating a new store model in which we plan to offer EVERY DAY lower pricing combined with free shipping for our U.S. retail customers. It's in progress and you'll be seeing these changes in our trial program on the site by the end of January. We'll be fine tuning it for the next couple of months as we see how it goes, but we are excited about the changes.
To sum up, for 2012 you are going to see free shipping options and we are dropping our pricing.
Your buying behaviors suggest that this is what you want and we are going to give it to you and we'll be spending 2012 finding new and unique pieces for you.
